Salary - ?36,579 - ?40,086
Location ? Stockport Campus, although requirements across the Group may require cover at other sites as agreed with Director of Premises.

The Role :
As the Team Leader you will be responsible for managing the estates functions of your area of responsibility, including staff management, overseeing successful contract provision, supervising PPM and project works and managing a budget.

Candidates should have experience of managing statutory compliance related to building safety and preventative maintenance.
