Our Estates team plays a vital role when it comes to looking after our sites and ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff and students alike. We are currently looking to add to our team and we are looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Electrician. This role is responsible for all reactive maintenance on a portfolio of buildings within the Weybridge and Ashford campuses. Istallations of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures and ensuring that work is in accordance with relevant codes of practice, changing lights, switches, ballasts, emergency lighting test, fire alarm tests, panels, telephone system rewiring and programming, toilet furniture, blockages, fan coil units, changing filters, hot and cold and general fabric duties and escorting sub contractors are all duties in which this role will undertake. The successful candidate will need to have a degree of flexibility as this role requires a visit to our Ashford campus once a week.
