Supported Internship Team Leader, for the Foundation and Supported Learning Team, Full Time The Supported Internship Team Leader, will take responsibility for the day to day running of the Supported Internship programme. The Supported Internship Team Leader will line manage Job Coaches across the three main sites within the Foundation and Supported Learning Department. The post holder will be expected to liaise directly with employers, learners, parents, local authorities and work with other stakeholders internal and external to the college. The Team Leader will be responsible for the performance of their staff and for the key performance indicators relating to tracking, registrations, enrolments, retention rates, success rates and timely completion of Supported Internships. It is likely that the post holder will need to operate across all College sites and working hours may need to be flexible at times depending on the nature of the needs of the business. Post holders will also be expected to remain competent through CPD activities and to keep abreast of changing developments in the supported employment sector. The Supported Internship Team Leader will support with the design of the program while ensuring we're maximizing income, either through government funding or commercial means.
