Attitudinally, we are looking for a proactive, solution oriented individual who is open to new ideas and ways of working. We are seeking a collaborative individual, content to work as part of a team with the CEO and Chair, drawing on best practice from all sectors rather than focusing solely on those which have been prevalent in FE.
