HR Operations Manager
Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) is recruiting an HR Operations Manager to join the HR team based at Gloucestershire College.
As a senior member of the HR team, the HR Operations Manager is accountable to the Director of HR for the effective delivery of HR management practice throughout the organisation by effectively leading and utilising the skills, experience and knowledge of the Resource and Talent team and the HR Partners.
In this role, you will need to be able to lead and coach the HR team and drive operational excellence. The successful person will build strong relationships with managers across the College to build people management capability with a clear focus on employee relations; the ability to work collaboratively within a strong team is essential.
