Based at City College Norwich this is an exciting time to join our organisation and be part of providing a comprehensive administration service to our students and academic staff.

You will have a responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of day to day tasks working within an office environment involving corporate data base systems, supporting customers, liaising with supporting teams and other clients of the department whilst working within a team and supporting applicants and students to succeed.

Applicants should be qualified at Level 3 (A Level or above), have experience of administration and providing customer service and of operating complex database systems.
