Harrow London Borough Council is the local authority for the London Borough of Harrow in Greater London, England. The borough is made up of three towns: Harrow proper, Pinner, and Stanmore, but also includes western parts of Edgware; it is of suburban character and includes some countryside in the northern outskirts.
