- The Work Environment
The college campus is based in a grade 1 listed building, Wentworth Castle, and surrounded by 500 acres of National Trust gardens and parkland.
- Pension Schemes
Staff are eligible to join either the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) or the Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) depending on their role within the college. Both schemes provide generous employer contributions. Staff will be auto-enrolled into these schemes if they meet the relevant criteria.
- Holiday Entitlement
The college offers a competitive holiday entitlement to its staff and in addition has a period of closure over the Christmas break.
- Training and Development
We actively promote the development of staff and encourage all employees to develop their skills. A formal programme of continuous professional development (CPD) runs each year which all staff are invited to attend. As a new member of staff you will be provided with a structured induction programme.
