Wirral Met College has been teaching generations of people since 1855. The origins of the college started with the Arts School and this remains a thriving and dynamic part of our college that has since been joined by a huge spectrum of other subjects and career pathways. Conway Park Campus has excellent learning facilities including the Birches Restaurant and training kitchens where students studying on Hospitality and Catering courses develop their practical skills and experience. The Hair and Beauty Salons are commercially run and open to the public, enabling students to practise their skills in a real working salon. The aviation suite supports students on Travel and Tourism courses who are keen to progress to careers in aviation and travel crew and the Higher Education (HE) Mall has dedicated classrooms for university-level students, who also have access to specific HE quiet learning areas.
