Introducing the new CDI framework for career development

This webinar will provide an overview to the Career Development Institutes new framework for career development learning outcomes. It builds on the Gatsby Benchmark framework for colleges’ careers provision by outlining why we are doing this and what learners should get out of it at the end of the process. The new CDI framework offers clarity about the learning outcomes for career education and guidance. In essence it provides an answer to the question ‘what do you need to learn to have a positive career?’

In the webinar Professor Tristram Hooley (University of Derby) will set out the new framework, explain how it was developed and offer some thought on how colleges might want to take it forwards.
