The ETF Diversity in Leadership programme, delivered by AoC, aims to challenge bias, remove obstacles to attaining leadership roles and to use tools to build confidence in aspiring leaders.
A key element of this programme is free coaching for 30 diverse aspiring leaders and Governors, in particular those from a BAME background and those with protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010.
