This session is the second in a series of seven governance finance masterclasses, designed to give college governors a solid understanding of the complex nature of college finances. This session will delve into interpreting management accounts, what good and poor practice looks like, how to identify key warning signs and links to other sources of evidence.
These sessions have been created and will be led by Andrew Tyley, a leading expert in further education funding and a Deputy Further Education Commissioner.
First session is £50 off with a £10 discount per session for anyone attending two or more sessions.

Andrew Tyley was appointed Deputy Further Education Commissioner in September 2016.
He is a CIPFA qualified accountant with lots of experience in the FE sector and a particular specialism in college finance. He has also worked on a range of high profile college recovery plans prior to taking up his post.
