This interactive virtual workshop provides a deeper understanding of how the EIF key judgment requirements can be used to shape robust and effective quality frameworks. We will look at the infrastructure, processes and practice  for quality assurance, improvement and curriculum planning processes at operational level.

During the workshop you will explore using the EIF from a practical perspective, as the focus of your quality assurance and improvement processes, look more deeply at the key judgments to help inform your Quality Strategy and Quality of Education Strategic Curriculum Plan, priorities and localised sector/curriculum planning. We will consider how to structure your SAR and QIP using the EIF for evaluating, analytical and reporting processes, placing the learner at the heart of what you do as ‘business as usual’ operational good practice.

Aspects that you can expect to achieve

  • Explore the EIF key judgments to use for your quality assurance and improvement arrangements as normal ‘business as usual’ good practice
  • Broaden the range of quality strategies to inform and structure your quality framework, infrastructure and processes
  • Using the EIF to structure and write your SAR and QIP’s as a whole organisational collective approach to effective quality assurance and improvement
