The College is aiming to deliver teaching, learning and assessment to learners on a wide range of employability qualifications delivered as part of Business Skills Solutions employability support programmes.

Tutors will deliver high impact targeted employability support and will be aware of the needs of unemployed and economically inactive learners looking to develop the skills necessary to progress into employment or further education and training.

The Employability tutor to work as part of the Projects and Employability team to design, develop, and deliver individual programmes of training and assessment on our Employability Programmes, Traineeships, Vocational Bootcamps and Sector Based Work Academy Programmes and also deliver employability related learning though a range of methods e.g. individual, group, Microsoft teams, Zoom and remote / distance learning and share online materials to support teaching and learning

Successful candidate will have a recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to work towards) - PTTLS,CTLLS/DTLLS/CertEd/PGCE and have GCSE or Level 2 in Maths, English and ICT. They also must have Assessors/Verifiers Award D32/34 / A1
