0.5 Trainer in Skills for Health and Social Care

We are recruiting an enthusiastic individual to join our Health, Science and the Services division as a Trainer in Skills for Health & Social Care. The successful post holder will recruit, train, assess and review progress for Apprentices and to facilitate their journey through the Apprenticeship Standards.

With an appropriate level 4 qualification and assessor qualification, you will have the knowledge of Health and Social Care Level 2 and 3 Apprenticeship Standards and the experience of liaising effectively with employers.

Your responsibilities will include contributing to the recruitment and enrolment of apprentices and taking ownership of your own caseload, forming relationships with employers, ensuring the success of the Apprenticeships in order to generate new business and to prepare appropriate learning and assessment materials/undertake assessments in the workplace.

The salary for this post is up to £31,113 pro rata.
