We are looking to appoint an ICT Apprentice to our customer-focused ICT Services team.
You will learn what it means to provide excellent customer service, as you train to become a qualified Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner. Working on the main College ICT Helpdesk, you will become an initial point of contact for all customer queries; liaising with internal and external stakeholders, accurately recording and prioritising incidents & requests and resolving or escalating them to colleagues, as appropriate.
Working alongside our experienced Desktop Support Technicians, you will also assist with deploying, maintaining and supporting classroom/office hardware and software, which will provide the foundations to progress onto a Level 3 Digital qualification.
