In this job you will work with integrated marketing campaigns and have a focus on maximising opportunities for our Apprenticeship business. You will be joining a dynamic marketing team in the role of a full time Group Marketing Business Partner where you will be given the autonomy and responsibility to drive this areas of our business forward.
Within the role, you will bring energy and knowledge to support on conducting market research to understand customers and product users’ needs, wants and motivations, developing and delivering on marketing plans to attract your targeted audience, financial forecasting and tracking your spend to budget. Motivate, engage and inspire internal audiences to support delivery of sales targets, track the progress of the marketing plan, brand strategy and digital marketing communications.
We want you to be ready to learn and ask lots of questions, demonstrating a growth mindset. We want you to demonstrate your experience with core marketing skills or the aim to develop these and show collaborate with multiple teams and individuals and facilitate group meetings. We want to see that you enjoy analysing and interpreting industry relevant market intelligence and market research data and be comfortable presenting and sharing complex ideas to multiple audiences. Be excited to engage and deliver solutions to our customers. We want you to be creative and commercial and enjoy communicating, creating stories and delving into the ‘why’ for our customers and most of all we want you to Ooze a can-do attitude that enables you to find solutions to internal and customer challenges
