About the role:
In this post you will provide a professional and efficient customer focused information and advice service that meets the diverse needs of all stakeholders. You will deliver highly responsive customer service via our multichannel communication platform for college brands within the Group. In this role you will support outbound activities during recruitment campaigns.
This role will be starting ASAP.
Holding a level 3 qualification, ideally in Advice and Guidance, you will possess well developed advisory skills, and the ability to work effectively with young people and adults of all backgrounds. Experience of working in a busy, high achieving customer support team is essential. You will be committed to excellent customer care and continuous quality improvement.
