Inspiring and Enthusiastic GCSE / FS English Lecturer
Salary: £25,080 - £28,639 per annum, (L6-L9)
Status: Permanent, 0.6 FTE, June start.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and energetic English lecturer to join the Maths and English Department to deliver high quality teaching across the vocational areas of the college.

If you share this commitment, we would love to hear how you could help support us in promoting the importance of maths and English across the college and raising the standard of English delivery from our centralised maths and English Department. The majority of the students you will teach are GCSE re-takers so the ability to inspire and motivate is key, along with patience and a good rapport with students. You may also be required to teach Functional skills English.
You will possess a minimum of a Degree level qualification (not necessarily in English) and a recognised teaching qualification.
