HMPPS Reducing Reoffending Partnerships and Accommodation Directorate.
A number of prisons are taking part in a new HMPPS project to test new approaches to reducing reoffending. The prisons that are participating will receive additional support to design, implement and test new ways of improving the rehabilitative support provided to people in prison, helping them to desist from crime on release and to rebuild their lives. Dedicated staff will be appointed to improve prisoner access to education in custody and accommodation, healthcare and employment support services as they are released.
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to work in the Prison and feedback learning to the Reducing Reoffending Directorate.
Appointments will be on loan either secondment or fixed-term contract from home department/ team/agency for up to 12 months, ending 31 March 2022. We are keen to bring in individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals who have been serving a sentence in prison.

Salary range (pro rata): £31,924 - £36,715
