Job Title: Head of Quality
Full Time :36 hours, 52 weeks per year
Salary range: £43,645 to £47,514 incl. LW (Dependent on Experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Quality who will be leading and managing the development, implementation, monitoring and review of quality improvement and assurance systems and practice which creates a culture of continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will have a keen sense of responsibility, ownership and a ‘can do’ approach to addressing everyday challenges. The ideal candidate will have a teaching qualification. They will have an extensive knowledge and experience of Teaching, Learning & Assessment (TLA) and Quality systems and processes, ideally in an FE environment. Their role will include, but not limited to, leading the development, review and monitoring of college wide quality assurance and improvement systems, including engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Preparing various quality systems reports, conducting quality checks and action planning and monitoring to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
