An exciting opportunity has arisen for a IQA/Skills Coach for Level 2 Commis Chef and Production Chef Apprenticeship Standards. The candidate would ideally have experience of working with Apprenticeships and work-based qualifications and a background and competency in the Food and Hospitality Industry. The candidate also should have a background of delivering and coaching skills, knowledge and behaviours of the Level 2 Commis Chef and Level 2 Production Chef.
The post holder will be occupationally competent in the Food and Hospitality sector and must have continuous Professional Development in this area. An IQA Award is essential and a TAQA update is desirable. The post holder will be responsible for assuring and embedding high quality in these Apprenticeships. The post holder should have experience of assisting a team to teach, assess and prepare a caseload of learners remotely and in the workplace, training them in preparation for their end point assessment.
