Lecturer in English - Full Time - Cross Campus - Permanent - 36 hours per week
Hertford Regional College is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our English team as a lecturer in GCSE English Language. We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and enthusiastic English lecturer with attributes that are aligned to our TEAMHRC Values and Behaviours.
The English department at Hertford Regional College is self-assessed as a grade 2 and we have a 4-year trajectory of improving outcomes for our learners, our achievement is above national average for the sector.
A full-time opportunity has arisen for a lecturer to join our team who has a passion for working with 16-19-year olds and is committed to providing the highest standards of teaching, learning, assessment, and pastoral support. We are looking for an individual who is solution-focused and ready to embrace blended learning to support our learners in an ever-changing world. You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work pro-actively to secure constant quality improvement to help our learners achieve the highest standards. You would be joining a team that puts the learner at the heart of everything they do, a team that is stable, collaborative and supportive, making this an ideal opportunity for an NQT to gain experience in a nurturing environment.

Hours: 36 hours Monday to Friday.
Salary: LG £26,305 - £33,535 per annum and up to £5,000 per annum Market Allowance (dependent upon experience and qualifications).
Annual Leave: 42 days per annum plus bank and public holidays
