Administration Assistant (Projects)

Activate Learning is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to work within our Project office based and Oxford College.

You will assist the with the overall administration associated with the project. You will work closely with the project team to ensure accurate and precise administrative tasks are completed with the highest level of attention to detail.

You will be responsible for handling incoming enquires into the project hub following a triage system and to collate initial information before directing enquiries to an appropriate partner for response.

You will provide administrative support to the team in making sure project protocols are followed, data records are maintained at the highest level of accuracy and to participate in daily activity to support the project objectives.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone to gain relevant operational and administration experience whilst completing a level 2 qualification.  

This is a full time, FTC contract from May 2021 until June 2023.

THIS POST IS FUNDED THROUGH EUROPEAN SOCIAL FUNDS.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

You will have strong administrative skills, IT literate, and excellent communicator. Great attention to detail, ability to manage and priorities own workload and meeting deadlines.

Ideally, you will have experience working in a similar fast paced, busy environment.
