We are seeking to recruit a highly organised team-player, who can demonstrate a flexible approach to working practices, and who possesses the confidence to communicate effectively with our college students, staff, and also with professionals from other organisations and examining bodies.
You will have responsibility for the management and administration of all College examinations throughout the year. You will organise the rooming and timetabling of all internal and external examinations, and and will co-ordinate our dedicated team of invigilators, ensuring that the College’s examination conduct meets all Exam Board requirements and deadlines, and that our students experience outstanding levels of service.
To be successful, you will have experience of working within an examinations environment in the education sector, and you will have a proactive working style, excellent administration skills, and be adaptable, flexible, and enthusiastic. Up to £2,000 incentive will be offered, should the successful candidate have 5 years or more experience.
