Sales Consultant

We currently have a great opportunity at MOL to join the Commercial Team as a Sales Consultant on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis (based in Manchester but with a degree of flexibility in work location).

As part of the MOL Commercial Team you'll guide and advise new and existing MOL customers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, while selling our wide range of professional qualifications.

Key Accountabilities include:

Converting inbound enquiries from a variety sources, and pursuing outbound leads, to convert into enrolments onto MOL's professional qualification courses.

Recognising and maximising all opportunities to increase sales

Building exceptional relationships with our internal and external customers. Resolving queries promptly, and keeping stakeholders informed, so we deliver a best in class service fully meeting our customers' needs.

Identifying potential corporate business opportunities and passing these to the MOL Business Development Managers

Processing transactions and carrying out a range of administrative tasks accurately, in a timely and efficient manner, with a high degree of personal responsibility

Contributing positively to the team to achieve business objectives and improve the efficiency of processes and systems.


Proven track record in a sales environment

Outbound calling and customer service experience

Educated to level 3 or above or experience in a similar role
