Senior Contract and Recruitment Administrator (Maternity Cover)

We have a great opportunity based at our Northampton campus for a Senior Contract and Recruitment Administrator to become a key member of our Contract department.


As a Senior Contract and Recruitment Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through:


  • Advertising main vacancies on NAS, Indeed and Aston’s website. Screen applications for suitability requesting certificates and permission to access Learning Record System (LRS).  Conduct hairdressing candidate interviews and initial assessments.  
  • Managing the day-to-day administration, data and compliance for our ESFA funded learners and private learners over the course of their qualification, monitor changes in learner circumstance, gather sufficient evidence and process requests.


Our ideal candidates will have the ability to work effectively within and between teams to achieve common objectives and good experience of using systems for data entry and reporting, alongside the following qualifications:


  • GCSE English and Maths Grade 4 or above

Fixed-term, Maternity Cover. End date: 1st July 2022


37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE) / 52 weeks per year


27 days holiday per annum plus statutory bank holidays


An Enhanced DBS check will be required and you will be required to declare any convictions, cautions, reprimands or final warnings, which would not be filtered in line with current guidance.
