Activate Learning are now looking to recruit a Wellbeing Lead to join their JETS Project team, based at our Oxford campus.
In this role, you will be the go-to person within the team, being able to offer expert advice and guidance on wellbeing, welfare and safeguarding areas. You will work closely with the employment advisers to ensure JETS participants have the support and guidance to improve their wellbeing and be in the best place possible to secure employment. This will be a challenging and rewarding role, working to tight deadlines, and supporting the rest of the project team to achieve their targets.
This is a full time, fixed term role until April 2022 based at City of Oxford College, although some travel may be necessary to meet the needs of the project.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
You will have the ability to positively influence project participants wellbeing and be able to offer a suite of ways to deliver this. You will be passionate about improving participants wellbeing to enable them to be in the right place to secure employment and improve their lives, helping support the UK Government’s ‘economic recovery’ strategy.
