An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Apprenticeships and Business Development, who will be responsible for leading and developing the College Apprenticeships offer, professional services and employer liaison in line with the mission, vision and values of the College across all College campuses.
Capel Manor College has a well-established reputation for delivering high quality Apprenticeships and professional short courses with exclusive delivery contracts with the Royal Parks, Kew Gardens and City of London, working with a wide variety of employers including the Landscape institute and Zoological Society of London.
Students have access to 30 acres of gardens at our Enfield campus as well as wonderful plant and animal collections and open spaces at Regent’s Park, Gunnersbury Park, Crystal Palace Park and Mottingham to provide inspiration throughout their studies.
Our courses give young people and adults the opportunity to gain nationally and internationally recognised qualifications with the prospect of progressing to further study, higher education, employment or starting their own business venture whilst learning in a unique and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will be will be an innovative and inspirational leader with strong industry links and experience of managing work based learning and employer engagement. The ability to lead and develop curriculum in line with employer needs, as well as being strategic and innovative in meeting the future needs of landbased industries.
