Salary: Salary: Starting salary of (£26,363) per annum for non-qualified teachers (£27,137) for qualified teachers, rising to (£30,000) with experience in the role.

The Uniformed Public Services department is going from strength to strength with increasing outcome for learners and a highly careers focused learner experience. Applications and enrolments are strong and the existing team has a broad experience base to which you will make a positive contribution.
We are looking for a positive, team oriented individual with skills in the delivery and assessment of team sporting activities, physical fitness both practice and theory, and health and hygiene.
The role will include the preparation, delivery and assessment of qualification units, working with groups from Level 1 to Level 3, on our Uniformed Public Service programmes. The successful candidate may also take on tutorial responsibilities for one or more groups of students. Attendance at curriculum meetings is required and there is an expectation that the candidate will fully engage in supporting the Curriculum Leader in planning future activity, generating new ideas and resolving challenges.
The 0.7FTE will be timetabled over 4 days based on timetable requirements.
The successful candidate will have a teaching qualification and a degree in Sport would be an advantage
