Data & Reporting Analyst - HR Systems

Job role:

Our Human Resources team is looking for a new Group HRIS Officer to join the function. This role will be based at our Guildford College site, although can also be based at our Reading College site and could have some home working once trained and capable in the post.

In this role you will support effective HR and Payroll Services to the organisation through further implementation and optimisation of the HR Information System (ITrent) and associated business processes. This is a perfect opportunity for candidates with a specific interest in a career in HR systems who wish to progress further and develop their skills.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

To be successful in this role, experience using the ITrent system and Business Objects is essential. Additionally, a strong knowledge of excel would be very beneficial. If you have a background within the education sector that would be a plus but isn’t essential.

The successful candidate will need to be a driven, solution focussed individual with a real desire to problem solve. This role will also involve providing support to ITrent users so a candidate with a strong desire to help and provide good service would be a great fit in this role.

What are the benefits of this role?

There really is no limit in terms of your personal growth, development and career by joining one of the largest Education Providers in the UK. You will have a comprehensive development program as part of induction together with peer to peer learning, a formal development plan and support at every step of the way to set you up for success.

We offer a buddy system, a digital induction module and a close-knit community of experts and leaders across the Group to support the sharing of best practice and encourage individual growth. We have extensive technology in place to develop digital capability and flexible working arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.
