As Careers Coach you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the progress of clients throughout their participation in the National Careers Service programme. The role will be to act as the main contact for a caseload of job-seeking clients and to support them in their journey in gaining sustainable employment or progressing into Further or Higher Education.
Milton Keynes College is proud to be working with the National Careers Service in a bid to deliver personalised, long-term practical support to people who need the greatest help to get back into the workplace.
This service will offer targeted support to help the most vulnerable and unemployed, providing the skills and help required to return to work. You will work with the wider Careers team to oversee the progression of students undergoing employability training and support. Offering advice and guidance around progression and employment opportunities. You will act as the main point of contact for learners and help them on their journey to overcome barriers and keep on track with progression.
