Assistant Coordinator Apprentice (Level 2)

Luminate Education Group consists of; Harrogate College (HC), Keighley College (KC), Leeds City College (LCC), Leeds Conservatoire (LC) and White Rose Academies Trust (WRAT) Luminate Education Group is one of the fastest improving and most innovative education groups in the country. 

 

The successful candidate will start on 18 August 2021.

Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.

Apprenticeship Rates are age-related:

Level Two

(16yrs to 17yrs) £4.78 per hour or £9,222 PA

(18yrs to 20yrs) £6.72 per hour or £12,965 PA

(21yrs to 22yrs) £8.52 per hour or £16,437 PA

(23+yrs) £8.91 per hour or £17,189 PA

 

WHAT WE DO 

This is an exciting opportunity to join Leeds City College as an Apprentice Assistant Coordinator in our Outstanding (OFSTED Feb 2018) 14+ Academies (14+ Apprenticeship Academy, 14+ ESOL Academy and 14+ PTECH Academy). We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual with effective communication skills to undertake this demanding and vital role.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • To assist in the day to day co-ordination of the 14+ Academies (14+ Apprenticeship Academy, 14+ ESOL Academy and 14+ P-TECH Academy).
  • Provide a friendly, professional and efficient first point of contact to learners, their parents/carers as well staff and other professionals contacting or visiting the 14+ Academies.
  • To work with the coordination team to assist with recruitment, attendance and data tasks and operations.
  • To liaise with vocational area departments and coordinate the vocational days our learners attend.

 

YOUR PROFILE 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a desire to produce outstanding work.

They should be an engaging and effective communicator and have a keen desire to learn.
