Hub Manager (Exit Services Coordinator)

We have a great opportunity across the Tees, Wear and Northumberland region as a Hub Manager (Exit Service Coordinator) on a Permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.

The Exit Service Coordinator (Hub Manager Level) will be required to work across all 4 sites in the region where exit service is deliverd; HMP Durham, HMP Deerbolt, HMP Holme House and HMP Northumbrland. This position will be based at regional office in HMP Durham, However travel is expected.

To do this successfully you'll need to:

Have a teaching qualification, minimum Cert Ed or PGCE

Hold a degree or equivalent (including equivalent life / career experience)

Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy

Implementing and managing continuous quality assurance and improvement procedures

Successful partnership working
