Colchester Institute is looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Development Coach to support with the progress of apprentices in the workplace whilst providing coaching and liaising with employers to ensure apprentices complete the requirements of their apprenticeship on time.
We are looking for someone who holds a level 3 qualification in one of the following:
Or a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Electrical. The role requires to obtain a recognised teaching/training qualification if not already held.
The successful candidate will aim to drive and lead communications between the apprentices, the employers and the training provider ensuring both employers and apprentices have an exceptional customer experience with outstanding quality assurance whilst partnered Colchester Institute for the delivery of the apprenticeships.

Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary: £24,047 - £26,221 Per annum
