The Admissions team are looking for two part-time team members to help them provide an outstanding service to prospective students.
The admissions team are required to provide all prospective and progressing students with outstanding advice and guidance and ensure the application experience is of the highest quality.
Exceptional customer service skills are a must; the team are customer facing and required to support events. You'll provide excellent advice and guidance and work closely with marketing and curriculum colleagues to ensure that course information is accurate.
Your day-to-day involves dealing with enquiries across webchat, over the phone and face-to-face, so the successful candidate must be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced working environment.
The successful candidates will be fast learners with excellent attention to detail, equally capable of working on their own projects or contributing to team tasks. Full training will be given; however, a good level of IT skills is essential and some understanding of FE and ProSolution would be advantageous.
