Lecturer - Animal Management

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lecturer in Animal Management, to join our thriving department and work with inspiring students in purpose-build facilities at our Twelve Quays campus. The post holder will work in the Animal Management team to plan and deliver of high quality teaching, learning and assessment in this area.

The successful applicant will hold a degree in an Animal Management-related field, such as Zoology or Animal Behaviour. A teaching qualification or being fully committed to work towards gaining a relevant teaching qualification is essential. You will have a good understanding of the curriculum, underpinned by relevant industrial experience in a professional or voluntary capacity.

The post will involve working 35 hours per week and may include occasional weekend and holiday working to support the effective running of the department. The post holder will be based at the Twelve Quays Campus in Birkenhead, Wirral. The successful applicant will be able to join the College's pension scheme as well as receive the College's generous holiday entitlement.
