Digital Delivery Coordinator

As a Digital Delivery Co-Ordinator you will use Total People systems to provide accurate, efficient and timely support using digital tools (Webex, Teams, OneFile and BKSB) including: communication with learners by phone and email to meet support requests.

You will work with the Total People operational teams to provide webinar support including the booking and hosting of webinars for Total People learners.

This post is offered on a permanent basis, working 37 hours per week. This post allows the flexibility to work remotely as well as from one of our Northwest and Greater Manchester sites.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Organising and providing webinar support including the booking and hosting of webinars for Total People learners.
  • Providing first line support across Total People's digital systems ensuring that queries are resolved effectively and efficiently.
  • Collating reports providing vital information on usage, engagement and progression to support operation teams and inform key decisions.
  • Maintaining user guides and other training materials to support end users.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to end users - through effective communication, problem identification and resolution with the system.
