ICT 2nd Line Engineer

Details of the role

The 2nd Line Engineer will provide 2nd line technical support to all aspects of ICT for MidKent College.

The successful candidate will resolve or escalate helpdesk tickets providing regular updates and feedback to end users, perform troubleshooting of ICT problems and provide desktop and mobile device support, A/V and site infrastructure support and maintenance.

This is a full time position for 37 hours per week.

Interviews will be held on 19 July 2021.

Job Requirements

You will have experience of installing, configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft and Mac operating systems and applications, computer hardware and peripherals.

You will have experience of working within a customer facing role and within an ITIL-based environment.
