Our Student Services team at Burnley College are seeking an enthusiastic Information, Advice and Guidance Officer to provide a support service to current and prospective students, employers and members of the public, in person, telephone, e-mail and digital/social platforms.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the wider operations of the Student Services team and to provide excellent and professional customer service within all activity.
The successful post holder will have the ability to effectively present data and you will have excellent administrative, organisation and planning skills.
The salary for this post up to £19,905.
