Shift Site Supervisor

We are recruiting a Site Supervisor to be responsible for the opening, closing and general upkeep of Burnley College. The successful candidate will provide a safe, secure and pleasant environment to a very high standard.

Your responsibilities will include carrying out routine and non-routine maintenance on a daily basis and to set and maintain high standards of appearance across the College estate, internally and externally.

The activities associated with this role include, security, general maintenance, external duties (such as ground maintenance), cleaning, porterage and driving. You will have a good standard of education and some practical and theory knowledge of cleaning. Experience of undertaking caretaking duties is essential for this role.

This role is a rolling shift pattern, where further details can be found in the job description. A willingness to work flexibly in line with the demands of the service is required.

The salary for this post is £19,468.
