Barnet and Southgate College is a highly successful Further Education college with around 13,000 students of all ages from 16 years upwards.

POST TITLE: Teaching, Learning, Development and Innovation Manager

POST REFERENCE: TLDI‐001

SALARY: CM Scale (Point 7‐ Point 10) £45,352‐£48,473 per annum, inclusive of Outer London Weighting

HOURS: 36 hours per week, 52 week per year

LOCATION: This post works across all College Centres

Ahead of the new academic year, the college is looking to recruit a Teaching Learning Development & Innovation Manager.   

The successful candidate will be passionate about ensuring that students have a high-quality experience through skilful and expert teaching, learning and assessment. You are research and evidence-based in your approach to continuing professional development and strive to embed a culture of reflective, personalised practice. You are innovative, actively seeking to share, enhance and develop good practice, as well as confident in leading specialist teams such as the LTEs, TLCs and TEL and in working with Senior Teams to create opportunities for experimentation and innovation in teaching practice.
