Salary within the range of £18,801 to £20,703 per annum

37 hours 52 weeks per year

We require a Junior IT Administrator to work at our Ipswich Campus.  The role will act as the first port of call for IT Support requirements for staff and students.
As a Junior IT Administrator, you will be supported by the IT Services team, with access to the help and guidance of the three other IT Administrators and the Director of IT Services based in Ipswich.

You will be expected to learn and self-develop using online documentation from Microsoft and other sources, although testing PCs and servers will be available for training and skills development purposes.

This role will suit someone who is an independent thinker, who is thorough, and can learn quickly and enjoys a technical challenge. The ideal candidate will also have strong teamwork skills who can be relied upon to play their part to ensure that the overall activities of the team meet the objective of providing a reliable, modern and safe IT experience for our students and staff.

This main base for this post is the Ipswich Campus, however Suffolk New College is a multi-campus, therefore you may be required to work at and travel between campuses
