WHAT WE DO

Service Professions is a diverse department and includes curriculum areas; Health and Sports Science, Youth Education, Public Services, Business and Events, Hair and Beauty and GCSEs. All curriculum areas offer main study programmes, adult courses and commercial courses. We are looking for an apprenticeship teacher in Sports Science and Fitness who will support us to grow our provision through innovative teaching and learning experiences. The ideal candidate will be hold a degree in the relevant subject matter, as well as a gym instructor qualification We are looking for a creative professional who wants to start their career inspiring learners, whilst creating opportunity to enrich through a purposeful experience. The ideal person will be confident to deliver learning and be an enthusiastic team member

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Plan, deliver and assess learning.
Monitor and track learner progress.
Mark and feedback, IV and sample.
Apply learnt theory into workplace.
Attend course and achieve timely.
Extra curriculum activities.

YOUR PROFILE

As well as hold relevant qualifications, the ideal candidate will have experience in the sports, gym or leisure industry and be able to confidently transfer practical abilities and skills into learning experiences The idea candidate will have experience of working in a gym setting and hold relevant qualifications.
