Within the range of £18,806 to £20,703 per annum pro rata

Two full time - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks

We require an ambitious person who has experience in the administrative processes, practices and procedures, ideally within the education sector. You will be part of the Business Development team and will support the essential records relating to work experience and industry placement, collectively known as work placement.

You will be the first point of contact for external and internal customers and will be required to use a number of communication methods. You will provide an effective administrative support service to the Directorate of Apprenticeships and Business Development, which will include entering and maintaining data and information on College systems, including the GroFar system, which specifically records work placement.

You will have a relevant Level 3 qualification and have experience of undertaking administrative duties in a busy office environment, along with good IT skills, the ability to work pro-actively with teams and a customer–focused approach.

The Workspace is within the Ipswich campus; however, you should be willing to attend other campus locations as required
