Our SEN team is responsible for providing outstanding, quality support to our learners and their families, by working closely with learners to understand their specific needs and build their independence, whilst ensuring their dignity and safety.
The successful post holder will work alongside a team of specialists to implement quality and impactful learning support interventions and work collaboratively with curriculum departments, to provide support to curriculum areas in relation to ensuring positive outcomes for disadvantaged learners.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the provision of special education needs support and understand the difference they make in educating and training young, often disadvantaged people, in this sought after specialism.
With a Degree or equivalent level qualification in a relevant discipline and a recognised teaching qualification, you will be able to demonstrate your successful experience of teaching Further Education from levels E1 - L1.
As well as teaching up to 832 hours per year, your responsibilities will include contributing to divisional and College teams including sharing best practice and being involved in developing the curriculum. You will also take an active part in the marketing operations of the College including the recruitment and admission of students to the division.
The salary for this post is up to £34,474.
