We currently specialise in providing corporate and public programmes leading to qualifications for a range of disciplines including HR, management, property and conveyancing and probate law. We currently have a great opportunity at MOL to join the Operations as a Support Tutor on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.

The purpose of this role is to support and guide CIPD learners throughout their chosen qualification in line with learner requirements, Awarding Body requirements and quality standards.

To ensure that all learners experience a high-quality programme in terms of learning support by facilitation of online discussions, 1-1 support and the management of learner VLE activities.

Be the first point of contact on all assessment related content, offering support and guidance to challenge and support learners in achieving their qualification goals.

To do this successfully you'll need:

Level 7 CIPD qualification or working towards a Level 7 CIPD qualification

Human Resource Management BA / BSc (Hons)

Business Management and Human Resource Management BA (Hons)

An understanding of the demands of academic study

Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload.

Excellent communication skills

Enthusiasm and a desire to provide excellent support for learners
