We are looking for a Learning Support Advisor - The Skills Network to provide a proactive, professional and timely service to learners and employers and supporting the delivery of high-quality learning programmes on behalf of our partners (The Skills Network). The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills.
This role is crucial in ensuring that all learners receive an exceptional learning experience which adds significant value to their learning, development, and progress. This role requires individuals to be caring, ambitious and emotionally intelligent so that their service meets the needs of our diverse learners in the aim to influence their next steps in work and life. This role influences our learners’ futures and, at times, can change their life.
