  • To work with the Team Leaders to ensure smooth transition to college and to assist where and when necessary with the induction of learners to college
  • Implementing strategies and supporting learners in activities that develop their self-esteem and confidence-building

We offer a friendly and supportive working environment, where no two days the same, staff are valued and CPD is provided.  This is a full-time, term-time only position, working 08:30 – 17:00, 37 hours a week, with a 16:30 finish on a Friday on a fixed term contract until July 2022.
