Operations Director

Location: Regional
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary: Circa £65,000 per annum

MK College Group have an exciting new role for an Operations Director to work closely with the Senior Operations Director across Prison Services and the wider Group.

As an Operations Director, you will work with the Senior Operations Director and other Directors to lead, inspire and challenge staff, to ensure the successful delivery of a portfolio of education contracts through effective control and operational grip. You will develop strong working partnerships both internally and externally, with a range of agencies including the Ministry of Justice and HM Prison and Probation Service. You will also work with the wider leadership team to bid for, secure and deliver future education contracts.

We are seeking an innovative individual who has substantial proven contract management experience. You will have experience managing multi-million-pound budgets effectively and efficiently; with the ability to co-ordinate a diverse range of large scale projects simultaneously and deliver a first-class service that exceeds customers’ expectations.
